You, as a customer with a valid SMA, will have the opportunity to save time directly to request with your account to reset FotoWare.com registered licenses.
Please log in with your personal access to the FotoWare Customer Portal at https://account.fotoware.com
Under "Licenses" find your current licenses. By roll over the individual license rows with the mouse, at the right side a "View" link appears. Clicking on it leads to the respective licensing details.
Clicking on the "Recycle" icon behind the Product key opens the Key-reset form. Please fill out the form and submit.
After checking your request by FotoWare you will receive a confirmation email. You can then use the existing product key for a new activation.
Key required reset for FotoStation Standalone?
A key reset without a valid registration with fotoware.com is not possible. You can check your registration at the following link: Registration at Fotoware.com
